Charles Masten

Charles Masten, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, resident formerly of Chandler, Oklahoma, was born on September 7, 1915, in Sparks, Oklahoma, and departed this life on July 29, 2008, at his home in Oklahoma City, at the age of 92 years. Charles was the son of Charles A. and Bertha Kelley Masten. He married Mabel Wakely on August 21, 1946, in Mineral Wells, Texas. Charles served in the United States Army during World War II. He worked many years at Tinker Air Force Base as a mechanic. His parents, wife and four brothers preceded Charles in death. Survivors include, Daughter, Vickie Kinsey of Oklahoma City, OK, Granddaughter, Blair Kinsey of Oklahoma City, OK, Other relatives and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, August 1, 2008, at Oak Park Cemetery in Chandler. Services are under the direction of the Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, Oklahoma.
