Bobbie Lee Nelson

Bobbie Lee Nelson was born on March 29, 1945, in McLoud, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Friday, November 21, 2014, in Prague, Oklahoma, at the age of 69. Bobbie, the son of Ira and Ettie (Babbit) Nelson, was a resident of Prague. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He married Juanita Dec on November 11, 2011, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, canning and going to the casino. His parents and sister, Marcena, preceded Bobbie in death. Survivors include his wife, Juanita Nelson of the home; sons, Jimmy Lee Nelson and Julie of Moore, Tony Santos and Tammy of Norman, Bobbie Nelson, Jr. and Michelle of Tulsa; daughter, Jeanie Lee Nunn of Stratford; grandchildren, Jade, Jestin, Jessa, Ashley, Stormy, Zachary and Wesley; sister, Eveline Kennedy of Elmore City; other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014, at 2:00 PM at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shawnee.
