Betty J. Earnest

Betty J. Earnest was born on June 1, 1931, in Oklahoma City, OK, and departed this life on Tuesday, November 9, 2004, in Sparks, OK, at the age of 73. Betty, the daughter of Charles E. and Myrtle Marie Richards Lackey, was a resident of Sparks. She married Ralph C. Earnest on July 20, 1989 in Denton County, TX. Betty was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the First Born. She was baptized at the General Assembly in Dallas, TX in 1952. Her parents and one daughter, Linda Bennett, preceded Betty in death. Survivors include husband, Ralph C. Earnest of the home; sons and daughters-in-law, James E. and Deb Blevins of Howe, TX and Russell O. and Debbie Earnest of Laveen, AZ; daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Richard Carr of Bells, TX; brothers and sister-in-law, Frankie Lackey of TX and Rudy and Nancy Lackey of Ft. Worth, TX; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and many brothers and sisters of the General Assembly and The Church of the First Born.
