Barbara Ann Neely

Barbara Ann Neely was born on September 1, 1937, in Oilton, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Friday, August 27, 2010, in Sparks, Oklahoma, at the age of 72. Barbara, the daughter of Alfred and Vera Mae (Idlett) Fitch, was a resident of Sparks. She married David Lee Neely on December 24, 1965 in Stillwater. Barbara was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Home Baptist Church. Her parents preceded Barbara in death. Survivors include her husband of 44 years, David Lee Neely of the home; children and their spouses, Francine and Gary Lewis of Prague, Wanda and Richard Brooks of Checotah, Johnny Lewis of Oklahoma City, Edna Lewis of Stratford, David J. Neely of Prague, Billy and Colette Neely of Sparks; grandchildren, LaDawna and JB Cooper of Perkins, David Lewis of Lawton, Pamela and Gary Lee of Prague, Frances Lewis of Stratford, Gary Lee Neely of Checotah, Alicia Neely of Okemah, Calen Neely of Sparks, Ciera Neely of Sparks; great-grandchildren, Gage Prough of Perkins, Ryal Cooper of Perkins, Tristyn Cooper of Perkins, Emma Lewis of Moore, Alyssa Lee of Prague; sister, Nadine and Walter Fuqua of Prague; brother, Billy Fitch of Louisiana. A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 30, 2010, at 10:00 AM, at Kellerby Cemetery in Sparks with Bro. Dennis Traxler officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
