Archie Ray Hall, Jr. was born on June 1, 1936, in Keokuk Falls, OK. and departed this life on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, in Seminole, at the age of 81. Archie, the son of Archie R. Hall Sr. and Christina (Perry) Hall, was a resident of Seminole, OK.Ray was a 1955 graduate of Centerview. Ray married Patty S. Woody on June 14, 1957, in Little. He was a machinist and retired from Tinker Air Force Base in 1989. Ray served in the U.S. Army from 1958 to 1960, he also served as a volunteer firefighter for Strothers, and was a member of the Prague Assembly of God. Ray enjoyed farming, taking care of his cattle, he would get in his Gator and his dogs would run and jump in with him to go check the cattle. he loved to tell stories, loved his church, he was a Godly man, he helped build the Assembly of God Church in Little, was a superintendent of the Sunday schools as well as a Deacon. Ray believed there was good in everybody, and was a great teacher to his children. Ray loved to play the Harmonica. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Johnny Hall, one sister Ann Hall and grandchild Shad Evans Survivors include his wife, Patty S. Hall of the home; son, Kevin Hall and (Tina) of Seminole; daughters Brenda Hall of Seminole and Tracy Grant and (Larry) of Seminole; brother Jimmy Hall and (Carol) of Seminole; sisters Jane Cochran of Prague and Dreatha Johnson and (Arlie) of Prague; four Grandchildren Justin Hall, Kira Foley, Rayna Grant and Patrick Grant, ten great-grandchildren Arik Brinton, Skylar Brinton, Tyler Brinton, Tori Brinton, Emma Hall, Kolby Hall, Cayden Hall, Landon Hall, Raylee Williams and Preston Williams and great-great grandchild Jaxon Brinton and many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 21, 2017 at Parks Brothers Funeral service at 2:00 P.M., with Pastor Kevin Wehrli officiating. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery in Little,Ok . Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
