Angelo Rocco Costante, Davenport, Oklahoma, resident was born on August 29, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois and departed this life on Monday, July 30, 2007 in Stroud, Oklahoma at the age of 74. Angelo was the son of Vincent and Philomena Pallidino Costante. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Angelo married Theresa Pastorelli in Cosenza, Italy, on June 20, 1968. He worked at Tinker Air Force Base as a welder for 14 years and was a pipe fitter and journeyman for 34 years employed by both the Milwaukee Road and Rock Island railroad companies. Angelo was a longtime member of the Davenport and Bloomingdale Masonic lodge?s he also was a shiner and knight?s templar. He was of the Catholic faith. His parents, seven brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. Survivors include, Wife, Theresa A. Costante of the home, Two sons, Vincent Costante of Chandler, OK, Carl Costante of Stroud, OK, Two daughters, Philomena Clark of Chandler, OK, Jean Moctezuma of Tulsa, OK, One brother, Jimmy Costante of Chicago, IL, Three sisters, Patsy Jones of Chicago, IL, Mary Costante of Chicago, IL, Jean Costante of Chicago, IL, Thirteen grandchildren. A prayer vigil will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2007, at 7:00 PM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Chandler. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 3, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at the Our Lady of Sorrow Catholic Church in Chandler, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at the home near Davenport, Oklahoma, with Father Mickes officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler.
