Allen Freeman Hibbs

Allen Freeman Hibbs was born on April 19, 1941, in Paden, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Tuesday, August 3, 2010, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 69. Allen, the son of Allen Clayton and Elsie Mae (Parsons) Hibbs, was a resident of Oklahoma City. He proudly served his country with the United States Army. Allen was the owner of Hibbs Trucking and a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Chickasha. His parents and three brothers, Glenn, Caroll and George, preceded Allen in death. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Reba Hibbs of Chickasha; daughter and son-in-law, Shawn and Monty Taylor of Jones; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Frances Hibbs of Waynoka, Louis and Ruth Hibbs of Oklahoma City, Carroll Hibbs of Guthrie; sisters,Joyce Sage of Ontario, CA, Betty Foster of Guthrie. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 2:00 PM, at the Paden Cemetery in Paden with Bro. Earnest Harrison officiating. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
